Health Care Management Wins Best Tracks for Two Papers
Faculty members and a student from the Health Care Management program at Clayton State University won the best in tracks for two papers presented at the annual meeting of the Business & Health Administration Association last month in Chicago.
The paper titled “Using the ACO Concept to Produce Better Outcomes through Integrated Healthcare,” co-authored by faculty members Peter Fitzpatrick, Kendolyn Smith, MeriBeth Stegall, Michael Dalmat and Latrina Walden won the award for the Healthcare Economics Track.
The paper titled “ “Effects of Influenza Vaccination Policies on Health Care Workers’ Attitudes and Compliance,” co-authored by MHA student Leilani Thomas and faculty member Michael Dalmat, won the award for the Healthcare and Wellness Track.
