The HUB has notified HR of a technical issue with the email address firstname.lastname@example.org that resulted in loss of access to emails that were sent to that address.
The last Sam’s Club application Angela Free acknowledged from that address was sent on Oct. 15. If you emailed a completed Sam’s Club application to this address between Oct. 15 and the Oct. 17 deadline to enroll and did not receive a reply email that indicated “Received,” please resend your application to Free as soon as possible so that you may be included in the membership processing. If you received a reply of “Received,” there is no need to send again. This does not affect any paper applications that were sent inter-office mail, dropped off to HR or faxed.
The deadline to complete a Sam’s Club membership application has been extended through COB on Wednesday, Oct. 22. No additional applications can be accepted after this date.
