Campus Survey on Clayton County Public Transportation
Clayton County residents are being asked to vote on a one penny sales tax increase to fund the reintroduction of public transportation in the county. The Clayton State Center for Community and Justice Studies would like to take this opportunity to measure the opinions of our campus community on this issue. Below, you will find a link to a short, web-based survey asking you about public transportation in Clayton County. We would greatly appreciate it if you could take about five minutes to answer these questions.
This study has been approved by the Clayton State Institutional Review Board and a copy of the informed consent document is available from Dr. Lisa Holland-Davis or Dr. Joshua Meddaugh. We ask that you review this document before deciding to take the survey. If you do choose to participate, your responses will be anonymous; we do not ask you to identify yourself in any way.
The results of the survey will be analyzed and reported by the Center for Community and Justice Studies for informational and research purposes only. The survey is not intended to influence your vote on the matter. In addition, you are in no way obligated to take the survey. If you have any questions about the survey, feel free to contact Holland-Davis at firstname.lastname@example.org or 678-466-4819, or Meddaugh at email@example.com or 678-466-4607.
