Welcome back for another academic year! I find this to be the most exciting time of the year.
OITS is announcing a new model of support for classroom technology problems. No longer will you, the faculty, have to determine if you should call the HUB, CID or Media support. If you have a problem with technology in the classroom, there is only one number to call – 4362.
This number should be posted in all of the classrooms. The people answering the calls will try to help you over the phone and if that is not successful, they will determine who can help you and dispatch the proper team.
We hope this change allows you to better focus on educating our students instead of worrying about technology. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call me at Ext. 4351.
